Thank you. I have sent a message to your sales team. But I do want to say that I don't think it was a good idea to take functionality away from DeepCreate users. Hopefully HitnMix will reconsider this decision.

The Audioshop Lite features are not included in the standard version of RipX DAW. However, please contact our sales team via https://hitnmix.com/contact/ with your activation code and we'll see what we can do 🙂

I own a license to RipX DeepCreate, and my understanding is that qualifies me to a license to the base level RipX DAW. Can you confirm that all functionality that existed in DeepCreate continues to exist in DAW? I am particularly interested in the Audioshop Lite functions (Draw Pitch, Split/Join, etc.) and the VST3/ARA support that are included with DeepCreate.
