adding sn# after each update

have been using his since aug and works great but I am running on Widows11 insider pre release builds...so there is a windows update almost every week and upon rebooting I have to reneter sn# again...this week it wouldnt take sn#. Some at help desk reset my code...so I assume there is a limit to the number of activations per sn#....cant the program just remember its settings like every other program. It does get annoying having to do this on a weekly basis.
