Personal information we collect about you

When you contact us, register software with us, or place an order with us by email, phone or post, we may collect and store personal information that you give to us (such as your name and address).

When you place an order through our website, you are redirected to a secure page on WorldPay’s website for the purpose of payment. WorldPay handle all credit card payments on our behalf and, once payment has been processed, forward the following personal information on to us:

  • Name,
  • Address,
  • Telephone number,
  • Email address,
  • IP address.

Your credit card details are not forwarded to us and we have no access to that information.

The Hit’n’Mix software automatically communicates to us your IP address and the amount of time you have spent using Hit’n’Mix.

Our website automatically logs your IP address and domain name.

What we do with your personal information

We collect and store your personal information so that we can do the following (which constitute our legitimate interests, our legal basis for processing your personal data):

  • Process your orders;
  • Verify your identity so that we can check that you are eligible for technical support, upgrades, and special offers;
  • Contact you by post or email about technical support, upgrades, products you have purchased or enquired about, and occasionally other related products and services that we think will be of interest to you;
  • Compile statistics, such as the frequency of use and features used, to help us direct the development of Hit’n’Mix and its features;
