As a test I created both midi and wav stems of an audio file with ripx and when I imported them into logic found that they were not in sync with each other. The Wav stems were at the same length and bpm as the original audio mix, but the midi stems appeared to be at a different bpm and hence ran for longer, I also think they were inaccurate. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong in ripx?

As an additional test I converted the Wav stems to midi in logic and they synced properly with the original audio and the Wav stems, so it looked like the fault is in the creation of the midi stems in ripx.

Can someone help me solve this.

This has been passed on to our development team to investigate.

Our development team has looked into this and couldn’t reproduce it (with Logic v10.5.1).

They did need to click 'Import Tempo' in the dialog box that popped up in Logic (screenshot attached) – is it possible this had been used previously and that 'Do not show this message again' was checked?
