Perhaps one for the developers, but when using Deep Audio and changing the song scale, I'm finding that sometimes different notes at the same pitch (and different pitches of the same pitch class) are shifted in different directions (up vs down). Sometimes even during the same or adjacent bars.
For example I recently changed a song from it's natural A Dorian to A Aeolian and the F# notes were mostly shifted up instead of down (modal theory would suggest the #6 of dorian should be shifted down, not up, and shifting down also avoids merging the #6 onto the b7 causing the #6 to disappear from the music!). There are also cases of F#s in the same instrument being shifted up in one bar then down in the next.
Any possible explanation for this from a harmony/theory/acoustic or DSP point of view or is this a 'bug'?
Edit: Should be "causing the ^6 (6th scale degree) to disappear from the music)"
