Try as I might I cannot see how to create a two-part rip that consists of the vocals as one stem, and everything that is not vocals as a second stem. Whenever I try I seem to get either too many stems or some parts missing. Can someone please provide simple, idiot-proof instructions for doing this? Thanks!

If you don't need to make any edits inside RipX, the easiest way is to only select 'Voice', 'Save Stems Only' and (optionally) 'Highest Quality' in the Ripper options before you click 'Rip'. RipX will automatically create two files - one containing only the voice and another containing the rest.
Alternatively, you can do the following:
- Select all instruments and leave 'Save Stems Only' unchecked in the Ripper options,
- Once ripped, click on the 'M' button on the Voice layer in the Layers Panel to mute the Voice,
- Click 'File>Export' and choose 'Single File' under 'Files To Create' to export one file containing everything except the voice,
- Click on the 'S' button on the Voice layer to solo the voice,
- Click 'File>Export' and choose 'Single File' under 'Files To Create' to export a file containing only the voice.
