Hi folks - new to RipX. I'm having installation issues. I installed 7.10 and get an error message "cannot open c:\users\ac66\documents\RipX\RipLists\RipList.riplist.tmp (2), then it closes.
Anyone know what the problem might be please? Many thanks, Alan

Hi Alan, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties. Please could you answer the following questions:
- Which version of Windows are you using?
- When does this error message appear? (For example, as soon as you open RipX DAW?)

Please could you answer the following questions:
- Do you have any programs installed that could be taking control over your Documents folder, such as OneDrive or Dropbox?
- Have you received any messages from your anti-virus software regarding RipX DAW?

@dave great call Dave - Removing the controlled folder access seems to have it working as expected now. Thanks 🙂
