Hi there,
I'm currently trying to use the trial version of RipX on the latest macOS Ventura running on a fairly recent MacBook Pro with i9 CPU, 32 GB RAM and plenty of free disk space. When I drag a .wav file to the main window, the application immediately shuts down without an error message. Any recommendations I could try to remedy this?

I'm having the same problems on my Mac Studio with ample storage etc and support suggestion of removing the app and deleting shared folders etc is still not working.

@joejoseph Without being able to locate your support case from the information available on your profile, it's difficult to say what this could be caused by. For example, it could be a permissions issue or due to your Documents folder being uploaded to iCloud. I recommend responding to any questions you've been asked by our support team so that they can continue to assist you.
