how i can delete the 6th harmonic on the whole track?

The harmonics can only be edited one note at a time with Harmonic Editor but, if you have the PRO version of RipX DAW and have any experience with the Python programming language, you could write a Ripscript to do this. (More information about this can be found on pages 66-67 of the manual which can be opened from RipX DAW's Help menu.) The specific code is:
