Is there a way to isolate or solo just the created harmony and not hear the original vocal it was created from?

If you've applied the Harmony effect to one or more notes, you can select them then click 'Audio>Render Effects & Sounds' to convert the harmony into separate notes. Then, changing the volume of the original notes will not affect them.
